Very comfortable space, friendly helpful receptionist, my massage therapist was extremely capable, checked in on how I was doing, had a very soothing manner particularly when the deep tissue technique was likely to be uncomfortable at the time or later. The room had everything needed & a very pleasant atmosphere, the table itself was very high-quality. Even got lemon water at the end!

The perfect place to be after a very rough trip in Scotland, Aberdeen to Leeds. I reached Leeds at midnight. A massage was much needed Ali my therapist was brilliant and so kind. Nice to just unwind. I felt like a new person after. We discussed other treatments that would benefit me and I will book in again next week to make sure I get on track. The receptionist was lovely and really kind too. Wonderful staff here snd a credit to Phoenix Health & Wellbeing. A highly recommended place to visit for relaxation. Thank you so much!
