Misty and People’s Yoga have been life changing for me. She is kind and compassionate and a phenomenal teacher. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Good instruction from an excellent teacher.
The atmosphere was very accepting and calm. The instructor was enthusiastic and balanced; she took people's limitations into account while encouraging everyone to push themselves just a little more. The people were friendly and helpful. The studio was clean and inviting. An overall pleasant experience.
