The content of Misty's class is fresh, the audio is good on Zoom, the camera is positioned so we can see her, there is no severe backlight. It's all good.
I love my yoga practice at Peoples Yoga! I have practiced consistently for a year now and it has made such a difference in the quality of my life. I feel stronger in many ways and as though I am really learning to take care of myself.
