Small class, non-intimidating approach, felt comfortable here.
Carly the teacher was amazing and I had already been to Marco, the studio is beautiful the class is exactly what I was looking for and hoping for the environment was excellent. I will definitely be back and I'm spreading the word
The restorative yoga class encouraged mindfulness and helped relieve tension through the use of longer poses and deep stretching. It was very relaxing and awonderful mood enhancer
Chris is an awesome teacher and the class is always amazing
It has a fun vibe! It isn't quiet and stuffy but more community oriented and supportive- good for the body and soul:) I love the music that is incorporated inthe classes I've taken as well!
