This class was my return to yoga, it had been over a year since my last flow. Cai made everyone feel so welcome and I felt that the flow was great! I felt that I could take my time and not compete against the clock or others. I'll see y'all again soon!
I have fibromyalgia and kayla is wonderful. I do her restore class and she understands when I am unable to do some things and makes it comfortable
