Lovely studio, Chris was welcoming, good power flow
The yoga practice was so good. The instructor was soft spoken anf guided us perfectly. Also it was small and intimate. Smelled good too.
The instructors and environment made it both zen and kickass! I felt welcomed and part of the family while coming out feeling empowered, strong, relaxed and wanting to come back!🕉Steph Y
