I gave a 10 to this recovery studio because Wally is truly exceptional. His expertise, passion, and deep knowledge of recovery techniques are evident from the moment you meet him. He’s incredibly friendly, attentive, and goes above and beyond to make your experience personalized and transformative. Wally taught me techniques for cold plunges, played sound bowls to enhance relaxation, and even brought a tool from his car to help with lymphatic drainage. He is personable, professional, and creates a clean, calming environment. I left feeling completely relaxed, nurtured, and at peace. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and elevates your recovery experience, Wally is the one.

Because if I book an appointment time, I expect to be able to show up at that time and go right into the treatment vs having to wait for somebody that showed up late for their appointment thus running over into my slot. You guys never let that happen. Super appreciative of that.
