• Felt amazing after my session. Great therapies, friendly, and educated staff, clean facility. Today I use the compression therapy, infrared sauna Cold Plunge, hot tub, and Redlight therapy. Other places I visited require additional charges for using the equipment. What I loved about Optimyze is that I was able to go through their full blueprint which included everything.
