Have been coming here for about 8 or 9 months! If you're looking to add any kind of body therapy into your routine, this is the place! Cold plunge and hot sauna therapy have changed my life in the best way! All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable; I can say the same for the community you'll find there!
Cold therapy can be intimidating for anyone trying the first time, but I promise it's worth it! Staff will guide you with sound healing or verbal affirmation and answer any and all questions you may have!
Signing up for a membership is easy and affordable, and they have a wonderful referral program!
I could write a whole novel on how amazing Optimyze truly is but, it's something you really need to experience for yourself!

Nice combination of services. I tried the Lymphatic Drainage suit and their infrared sauna. They do have the cold plunge option also, which I thought is awesome since you can combine the infrared sauna with the ice therapy for so many health benefits.

Such a peaceful and welcoming environment. Everyone was so friendly including other customers. The team really created a serene and no-stress experience. It was my first time visiting and though we were passing through, they took the time to explain every step and helped us get through the various therapies. I had a lot of back pain before I went in and after I left I feel so relaxed and feel like I can sleep restful tonight. Thanks again to the staff!

This is my home away from home for self-care. Like most people, I lead a higher stress life than I could. This was starting to take a toll on me physically and emotionally. Optimyze resets my system and revitalizes my spirit. The therapies and community are all amazing.

Optimyze is considered a "Biohacking" center even though hot and cold therapies have existed for thousands of years. The heat here is provided by infrared sauna. At the Arcadia location there are 4 saunas. They are cleaned regularly by the staff and by the people who use them. There's a community vibe here where people take care of the things they use. There are 6 reclining chairs where you use the Normatec compression boots and sleeves. This is also where you would use the cool biohacking tech like Brain Tap, NuCalm, Pandora Star, Halo Therapy, and PEMF. There is a separate room for Red Light therapy. There is a changing room, and separate shower for guests to use. Last but not least is the cold. There are two tubs; one is rectangular with a metal lining. The water is usually in the high 30s to low 40s. On a busy day it can get warmer but that doesn't make it warm! The other tub is circular like a hot tub but it ain't at all hot. Also like a hot tub, this unit has adjustable jets to disturb any thermal heat layer on your skin so that 46 degree water feels much, much colder. What's great about Optimyze is the staff. They are beyond friendly and have all the answers to any questions you have. They are coaches trained to help guide through the challenge of cold plunging. I mentioned community above. These therapies and technologies help you feel better. So everyone here is nice! Definitely stop by and see what it's all about.

What a great place. My wife and I came here for the first time today. The 1st time price for an amazing 1hr session is so worth it. I'm definitely hooked and will be back.

I just tried this place out for the first time and was very impressed. They have really friendly staff and very fun modern day athletic hippie kind of vibe. They have a lot of infrared saunas which are my favorite. They also have a cold plunge as well with someone to guide you thru it your first time. There were some other things there such as red light therapy and compression therapy which I didn't have time to try today. It's easy to park outside as well as it's on the corner of 38th street and Indian School Road in Arcadia Lite. If you want some post workout recovery I would definitely give this place a try.

Friendly staff, great service. Really enjoyed my first time. went biking for 2 days in Sedona and needed help with revolver. Optimyze was the perfect place to go for a visitor. Would definitely recommend
