The teacher, Avril, was excellent and the class was challenging but not too rigorous. I highly recommend this class!
Cost
I love all the classes, the instructors are so down to earth. It's easy to walk in and feel like you've going there for years. Instructors are familiar with you quickly and are warm, not overly effusive. Wish there were more noon classes less than an hour for folks who work from home, like myself. Other than that -- love it at ocean yoga!
