I chose Yoga a few months back, mostly with hope of toning my upper body, but also in hope of getting rid of the stigmas that prevented me from exploring new horizons. What I've received in addition to total body fitness is a sense of peace that I have never before known, a community of new friends and a whole new positive perspective in dealing with the stumbling blocks that life throws our way. A true gift of mind, body and spirit!
