Avril's class was excellent: her instructions clear, balanced, well organized . Her sound bath was beautiful. Her ending with gratitude was a blessed intention for the day.
I was very well guided by the gentle woman at the front desk whose name unfortunately I am not recalling. She informed me of the welcome package which is a generous reintroduction which makes me very happy.
