• We gave a 10 because the front-desk service was quick and the customer service team was knowledgeable and very courteous. Our grandkids had a great time — Cayden (one of the staff) was attentive, playful, and fun with the kids, and we noticed other staff members engaging well with the children too. Overall excellent service and a very kid-friendly atmosphere.
