Ninja Nation - Frisco

My grandson hasn't stopped talking about how much fun he had at the 1-Day Ninja Warrior Camp. We will definitely sign up for a week long camp or extended classes. Thank you for making my busy little guy so happy!

We really liked Ninja Nation when our son first started his membership. While management wasn't always the most pleasant, we truly appreciated the coaches and training provided. However, our son's last visit is the reason for the 1-star rating.

While I understand accidents do happen, I don't understand a parent not being contacted and informed when one occurs. Apparently, another child intentionally head-butted ours and his lip bled for 15 minutes while a coach took him to the bathroom and wiped his mouth continuously. Later, he was given an ice pack due to the severity of the swelling. All of this and not once did we receive a phone call. Our son suffered for hours before we arrived. We weren't even informed by staff during pickup; our son explained what happened. Then, when we asked for a manager we were told there wasn't one available. To add insult to injury, no one responded to my email inquiring about the matter.

Needless to say, our son is no longer a member of Ninja Nation. It's so unfortunate because he absolutely enjoyed training there.

Your manager was out of control with no accountability when complaints arose. Caused drama w my employees unnecessarily and then denied it.

Went for the first time yesterday and did a climbing stage, jumped off a ladder and terribly injured my tailbone, did like the rest, don't let your kids go to that stage and help prevent getting hurt.

Zero control. Poorly behaved kids with no supervision or staff control. Parents that could only be kindly described as absentee since I can't use the language I should to describe them here. And what's with the spastic teenagers wrestling all over the place. Not coming back here.

Had no idea there was a NN in Frisco. Loved the one in McKinney and Im excited for this one.
Lots of obstacles for the kiddos to jump and do all sorts of craziness they love. Great for birthday parties, parents get to sit on the side and watch. Instructors can be seen all over, and if you need one, they are a few feet away. Really cool spot for the kiddos!

Cool place. I like everything about this place but the one thing that's been frustrating about this place is that, from an operations and communications standpoint, it's severely lacking. I don't know if it's just the group that operates on Saturday mornings at 9am, but the couple of times I've taken my 3 year old for juniors class, they'll open after 9am for the 9am class.

Today, they cancelled class without notifying anyone. No emails, no calls. The class was cancelled and you wouldn't know it unless you went to the website. Now here's the thing. The class was cancelled over a week ago, however they sent out a follow-up email saying, "that's a mistake and the class is actually going to happen on 2/26".

Today, We were sitting in the parking lot, thinking "we'll this is kind of the usual pattern with them not opening on time anyway so we'll wait it out. 9:03, 9:05, 9:10... it wasn't until one of the parents gets out of his car and says, "hey they cancelled class but we didn't get an email or anything about it."

Really?

Another frustrating thing that has come up within the last month was they would host tournaments on the same morning as the class so they'd cancel the class. So... what? You can't facilitate another way? I have to wait till the next weekend for my kid to take the class?

Great place, and great people... but personally, I haven't had enough good experiences with this place to give them a good rating.

Please fix this.

Clean and fun environment. Kinda pricey and so so cold - so that's why i didn't give 5
Also hard for my boys to know how to navigate obstacles since we had never been there-
Still lots of fun and no long lines to do the obstacles they liked most - love the experience Thank you

Celebrating my son's sixth birthday here! The super host is amazing. The boys had a blast. The lightings in the party room is not good for pics though.

This is a really cool venue and the instructors are so nice. This places has several obstacles you can pass and it's lighted up. They also play really good music.

We had our niece's birthday party in the back and they had such a great time. Our party section was in the back with tables. We served pizza and drinks and our host helped do it all! He was so kind to my niece. I highly suggest this place! Here are some pictures of the kids and obstacles.
