• Samantha and her friends had the best time. The space for parents was spacious and easy to be out of the way but within eyesight of the kids playing. Our host was great and the package price for the whole thing couldn't be beat. It was truly a great experience all around. RE our host, she was so good with the kids, setup and cleanup, but mostly we loved her communication. She introduced herself, explained everything clearly and thoroughly, continually asked if we had questions and made sure the kids were all set. 10 out of 10.

• I hope to use my own climbing harness at hero tower. Yours are old dirty and lacks leg circumference tightening. All other climbing gyms encouraged bring your own harness

• The kiddo LOVES it here. The coaches remember the kiddo from previous years which makes both if us feel comfortable and welcomed. And for parents it's the "quietest" adventure park and has plenty of seating and tables for working parents.
