I would give it a 10 because of the great instructors but I feel that the customer service and management of the studio falls short. In the past I spent a lot of money on my monthly passes but there were always some issues with validity of my pass and dealing with the owner. Now I go to a different studio and only come to this one once in a while.
Good instruction and calm atmosphere
The instructor was great and the class was easy to follow and challenging at the same time.
