i took a private class with Heather to step up my Pilates game- seriously one of the BEST and most humbling experiences . I was challenged & got out of my comfort zone . It's a great way to get stronger and achieve new heights! Thank you Heather and My Pilates Studio for always offering opportunities for beginners to more. Seasoned students to thrive in this studio !

This is a small pilates studio. You have to enter the studio through the same door as namaste yoga. That confused me a little the first time I came in. I utilize this studio through classpass which I have had no trouble with. It seems like the spots can fill up, but not on-the-dot at 12pm the week before like some other studios I've experienced.
The machines are pretty new and modern. They sometimes add the jumpboard or resistance ball to the class which can be tiring, but fun. I really enjoy the classes with Susan. She's a very good instructor and it's just the right level of difficulty for me.

Best studio: awesome instructors, equipment, and so much fun!!!! This is a supportive workout environment for a wide range of ages. I look forward to working out at My Pilates Studio because it's fun AND effective for improving strength, tone, flexibility, posture, and balance.

LOVE this studio! I have a herniated disc in my back and the instructors are great about helping me modify any movements that bother me. It's such a great workout and I leave feeling amazing! I highly recommend it!
