Everything you want in a Pilates class is here at mps. Clean, great instructors ,hours are great. Everyone is friendly. The instructors are always there to help if you need it. Their pricing is really quite fair and their promotions are great too.i have seen a great change in my body since taking these classes. I also have scoliosis and my back pain and posture have improved significantly. I am a client forever!!! You will love it too.

The instructor was very clear in her instructions and made sure that each person in the class was performing each exercise correctly and adjusted people as needed. Made sure that everyone was able to do the exercises for their own level and offered options and modifications based on need.
