Love the homely atmosphere, the small groups, instructors and like minded intelligent clients (no riff-raff, sorry but true). As soon as I walk into the studio(s), I switch off, throw off my shoes, pour my tea, chat to instructor/clients and then relax and release everything that is on the outside of the studio door, it’s my sanctum xo

I have had a great time with move over the past 6 months. It’s been hard getting back into it after babies but I’m feeling so much better.
