The quality of the classes and encouraging teachers is super fabulous, and really helps to not only achieve my goals, but makes it fun and I have definitely improved in myself in terms of my body weight, increase in friendships and also helped me to socialize alot more. Everything that MVE has to offer has been so incredibly interactive, fun and also challenging but in a good way! I'm obsessed with Reformer, Barre, Ride with Maddi and Mat Pilates with Ellie. Huge shoutout to Jac, for your encouragement and kindness, and MVE in general for your incredible fun and entertaining classes. In a place thats meant to be a workout place, its actually far from it, its an exciting and friendly atmosphere. You feel no pressure in the classes and are purely there just for you. Its also a place for mindfulness and body recovery from the week just been, and its so nice to wind down take some time for myself and relaaaaxxx. I LOVE MVE SOOO MUCH and would definitely recommend to anyone!
