• Friendly, (front desk and stylist) listen to description of what is desired. Timely (and so graciously accommodating even though I was a few min late!) This was my third time and third different stylist, so I was nervous, but I've liked every one of them!!

• The lady who did my eyebrows, Shannon, was very nice and asked what I wanted and made sure I was happy with how my eyebrows looked. She also did them very quickly, like pulling off the wax, which I appreciated. I plan to go again when my eyebrows get all wacky again
