Nikki was excellent. She is skilled at a greater variety of cuts than most stylists and is comfortable doing every style. I wasn't forced to talk so this was wonderful and so relaxing.
This salon is transparent about their prices which are listed on the website - I really appreciate this. The front desk was pleasant and relaxed. I'll come back.

When looking for a new hair salon after moving to Orlando, I didn't know where to start, but I'm so glad that I stumbled across Mosaic! Their Ivanhoe location has the friendliest staff and the best atmosphere. I showed up to my appointment wet from a thunderstorm and was greeted with warm towels and great conversation.

Not only did Nikki do a great job with my haircut, but she was very time effective which I appreciate. Within an hour I had a gorgeous new bob cut and blowout. Looking forward to going back already!

If you're looking into getting your curls under control, Linda is amazing! She gives you a step by step tutorial on fixing your curly hair after she's done your curly cut. My daughter and I both used her services and we're both very pleased!

I have been going to Michelle for my balayage and now recently for sew in extensions and she is literally amazing. I went there feeling like a troll and left looking like a princess!

Absolutely loves this salon! From the moment you walk in it an experience. I recently needed a new hair stylist and I am always nervous when I have to go to a different hair stylist so I was extremely happy when I found this location! There is a small parking lot but it seems to be able to hold the amount of clients they have. The receptionist was very warm and welcoming.

Once I was checked in I was offered a drink (they have both non alcoholic and alcoholic beverages). I only had to wait a few minutes then Amanda took me to her chair. I showed her pictures of what I wanted and she gave me her professional opinion. We spoke for about 10 minutes before we even started, which I appreciated!

Before using anything on my hair Amanda explained and showed me what she was using and why. After having a horrible hair experience, this was refreshing. The pricing is average so you are not over paying for a haircut and blow out. Now I look forward to my next hair cut!

My all-time favorite! I have been coming to Mosaic for almost 2 years or so now. I absolutely love everything about my experiences here. Jennifer is my go to stylist and she is so wonderful. Very experienced and extremely friendly. She has always made me feel welcome and listened to as a patron. As for the rest of the staff, the front desk is always very warm and helpful. Every time you walk into Mosaic you feel as though you're a regular there. They are fairly priced and give honest advice on how to best help your hair.

Julie is incredible. I see her about every 8 months and she somehow still manages to remember my weird hair requests! We cut both wet and dry to make sure I have the right amount of movement and shape. The salon is beautiful with extremely pleasant and nice staff. They have complimentary water, wine, and coffee while you wait or get your hair done. Highly highly recommend

Who needs Ouidad in NY when you have Linda at Mosaic Hair Salon in Orlando! Linda is a genius with curly hair cuts and styling. My curly hair has never looked better! A big shout out to all the incredible stylists that have been giving me the most amazing weekly blow outs since shoulder surgery in October 2023. Mosaic Salon in Ivanhoe is incredible.

My experience with Mosaic is consistently positive. Top notch customer service, talented staff (shout out to Claire) and in a great location. I have been going there now for almost two years. I first visited once we emerged from Covid lockdown and my hair was a long monstrous ball of something crazy. I told Claire what I was looking for and she nailed it. I appreciate that consistently get a good cut every time. The front desk is always welcoming and attentive as well and even when they are busy, someone will come and assist.

Last weekend was the first time got a massage at the spa next door. My wife surprised me for my bday and wow, it was incredible. Corey is attentive and he focused on exactly what I asked. You also get the full time you book, not just 45mins of massage time when you book an hour. I prefer deep pressure and that was one of the top massages I have had in Orlando or when on vacation. Very professional and an inviting space. Definitely going back.

Also doesn't hurt they are next to GB's Bottle Shop, Thirsty Topher and Ziggie's Pizza. Grab a pre or post beer (or both, I am not judging) and some 'Za on one of your visits to Mosaic.

I didn't have the best first interaction but then the owner, Mike, reached out to me personally about my experience. Mike really took care of me, offered to my cut my hair himself, and made me feel better about my overall experience. I think it says a lot when an owner steps in immediately following a negative experience because it shows that they care about the clients who support their business.

I have pretty straightforward hair, so I was in and out in less than 45min. (Which is great for me because I've got an infant at home!) I love my cut, the ambience was great and overall I'm happy to have found a new salon that I can go to.
