I loved Bethany! She was an amazing patient and kind instructor! Also very easy and laid back atmosphere. Come In pick a spot workout your done. Just very smooth from start to finish.
Lindsay is absolutely awesome... so pleasant and her spirit is uplifting. You can really see that she lives and breathes all aspects of yoga
