This was my first time back to yoga in 5 years.
Kim was very good.. Made everyone feel good.. and was accommodating to all levels of skill.

Lindsey hirshberg was a fantastic instructor and so sweet! The small class size made for a more intimate yoga experience and the environment was very relaxing.
The instructors are very good and the facility too. Clean and convenient too.
