It was a wonderful experience. Slept so well. My body felt more relaxed and better.

I gave a 9 instead of a 10 because of the heat lol I like air conditioning when doing a workout. Had a great time

This was my first ever yoga class. Everyone was very welcoming and Lizzie adapted every pose she could for me. It's kicked my butt especially since I'm very new to yoga
The atmosphere & instructors are great. I like that its not too crowded, also.
