I loved Bethany! She was funny and real. the class was challenging and I loved how we involved the baby for most of it.
I love practicing yoga at moonglow! The instructors are awesome and I always learn something new.
I have really liked the classes and instructors. Really enjoy the music and overall atmosphere too. Would love if a gentle yoga class were offered on Sundays, btw.
The instructor made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in. The class followed the same format as what I'm used to in the studio I normally go to.
