I really love the studio. I would be able to come more if you had more warm classes offered in the evenings hours and one on Sunday.
Yoga flow has excellent instructors, they are always so inviting and provide a comfortable place to practice and improve your flow. Also provide modifications for poses. I walked in and wanted to come back every week and knew this was the studio for me!
I wanted to put 100000000000 but it didn't let me. I enjoyed something new and wish there were cameras so y'all could have laughed at me.
Great studio space and class overall! Will definitely be back! The practice was a little more fast paced than I'm used to so it was hard to follow along with and really get the most out of each pose before it was time to move on. I did like the variety of movements and am looking forward to more classes!
