Katelyn is a great teacher and I always enjoy time spent at Moonglow.
This studio is very clean, staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Studio is properly heated and there is equipment available on site for use (although I bring my own). Storage cubbies in front for during class. They also offer 75 minute classes which I prefer over shorter classes.
The atmosphere is relaxing, and Amie is fabulous at making sure the flow is smooth and the poses are challenging yet achievable. She’s very good at incorporating encouraging self talk and empowering mantras.
