Julie’s class is great. She explains and demonstrates clearly. She starts and ends with positive intentions. The facility is always clean.
Lindsay is amazing! Her instruction and energy are unmatched and I love that she does a truly "hot" class. I usually don't notice much of a temperature difference in other "hot" classes, and it makes a huge difference in my flexibility. After her classes I feel so lifted in my mind, spirit and body.
I liked how relaxed it was, I didn't feel pressured to know what I was doing in the beginner class. Nice environment, instructor was great.
