Last night was my first class and I the the deep stretch was a great introduction. The atmosphere was such a good vibe. The instructors voice was calm and soothing. I went with my GF who's been going to you for a few years. Great facility.

Mindpose is the best studio around, hands down! All of their instructors are top notch & the studio has the best vibes. Always clean & perfectly heated!! A+++
