The atmosphere is very calm and pleasant, class was small, instructor was helpful.

Karlie was SUCH a joy to meet! I Have never, in my life, gone to a yoga studio and she was very warm and welcoming. I loved that she let me go at my own pace and at my own level.
Deb was also VERY helpful and warm.
