It's a very calm, accepting environment. The instructors are so friendly and knowledgeable about yoga, and very happy to help you with whatever you need. They make sure you listen to your body and do what is best for you during class. The ambiance of the studio is also top notch.
Clean, warm, great class, friendly teacher!! I'm from out of town but would go again next time I'm in town!
