There's a great vibe in the studio, and I really enjoyed the work out. I felt comfortable being there.
Welcoming environment, just the right amount of heat, beautiful studio, clean, instructor was warm and friendly
Class was well conducted, like facing center, the room was well lit, air temp, etc. All equipment available. Good instructions for all skill levels. I was able to focus on my practice.
