Adam always leads a great class. Very calming, very relaxing.
Loved it. Will be back. The only reason I would hesitate to recommend is the heat. I was not expecting it. It wasn't bad and I think I will get used to it but others may not like it.
Rachael is THE BEST! I am always so surprised when times up because I can completely relax and not worry about anything.
