Felt the good energy as soon as I walked in. Very inviting studio and loved the teacher. She taught an amazing class with a variety of poses that I feel increased my skillset! I left feeling rejuvenated and detoxed.

I haven't done Yoga in a studio setting for awhile and have been really impressed with the experience so far. The instructor seemed very intuitive but also very kind and knowledgeable. I felt I could reach out if I wanted to or had any questions. I really appreciate the location of your studio but the class felt personable too. This class was particularly intense but very satisfying physically and mentally. Thank you so much!
