The Mat is a beautiful studio with brilliant instructors and owners. They make everyone feel welcome. There is a great variety of class types and class times. I can’t even begin to explain the way this studio and the people that work here have changed my life for the better.

I feel welcome there and not out of place even though I am new at yoga and not as fit as most who attend class. Thank you for that atmosphere. I also love the ambiance of the studio.
