The Mat is the best Yoga studio out there. All the teachers are amazing and Nic and Jess are the kindest people you will ever meet!
I've been before. Love the yoga. Great teachers, great room, good amount of heat. Only thing is I wish there were more classes on the weekends in the winter.
Great classes. Easy checkin. Great instructors. Clean facility. I love the cold essential oil towels at the end of class!
