I love Keshia's classes! She has the perfect mix of push and flow. She has a gift for allowing us to really focus inward, but keep us moving to incredible music. Love her and all her classes!

Because it is a beautiful studio with amazing people, I think it is the best choice to practice yoga in Utah in my opinion.
I enjoy the teachers, environment and variety of classes.
