Loved it - first time and I felt super welcomed and comfortable.
Great instructors, great workout, great class. There were a couple of people that were giggling during the entire class. Not a bad reflection on the gym, but that is the only reason I gave it 9 instead of 10. My wife goes religiously and loves it. I go with her with her buddy pass and we have a really good time.
The facilities were very clean, the staff was helpful, and the studio had a great atmosphere

My experience has always been a positive one. The instructors are friendly and prepared. The studio is clean, comfortable, and just right for the workout. The atmosphere is compliments the experience. I also love the exercise that I feel has a life long duration and benefit.
