Greg was an amazing instructor. Super patient and passionate and knowledgeable. He made it very beginner friendly. And the studio was clean and beautiful!

The instructor really made the class great and I told her it was my first class at Mindpose. She knew before asking what poses I didn't know. Then she would come over and quietly show me. Really great candle-night and Shauna is awesome.
The teachers and all around energy of the studio is amazing
