The instructor did a great job and the facility was nice. It is a little far for me to attend as I live in Eagle Mountain, but I will let others know.
The session was great. It was my first time doing yoga and I felt very comfortable in the studio.
Diane's class is the perfect mix of stretching, getting a workout & having a moment of peace in my busy day. I look forward to her class every week!
The 10 I gave is for the calm soothing, quiet atmosphere. The Yoga teacher also created the soothing calm atmosphere. Her voice and constant reminder to focus on our inner peace and strength. Also the very cool cloth at the end was a tremendous relief. Thank you for your progra.🙌💕
