It's the best studio! Clean, smells good, enough space even in a crowded class. The energy is inviting. The flow of class is perfect. The best is what it does for your mental state, I leave feeling very centered and happy!!

We loved the pace and rhythm of class, appreciate options for modifications and the verbal cueing was excellent. Great music, great vibe, lovely lemongrass towels at the end. The Mat is our favorite place to visit when we come to Utah.
I love nics classes and The thought put into it..his timing held in each posture and also the transition from one asana to another. A Saturday staple. Welcoming subs of course but always happy when it's nic!
