We loved the pace and rhythm of class, appreciate options for modifications and the verbal cueing was excellent. Great music, great vibe, lovely lemongrass towels at the end. The Mat is our favorite place to visit when we come to Utah.
I love nics classes and The thought put into it..his timing held in each posture and also the transition from one asana to another. A Saturday staple. Welcoming subs of course but always happy when it's nic!
The studio is beautiful and cozy and inviting~ the instructors are friendly and knowledgeable.
Clean studio, Nic was very kind and helpful..it was my first time there and he made me feel very comfortable.
Class started on time, and the cold, amazing smelling towel at the end was appreciated!
