Instructors are always really, really good there. I love the balance of heat, course, and overall ambiance. Feels "safe" to practice there for a beginner.

Diane led such an amazing class. I left feeling relaxed, rested and rejuvenated. Every time I come into The Mat, I feel welcomed and I get exactly what I need out of the class.
