Great staff, great classes, and it's nice and clean..
The location isn't great for most of the people I'd recommend
Awesome atmosphere! The teacher did a great job. However too much novelty in the moves makes it hard to drop in and get into a meditative state.
I have back problems, and I felt so much better after. I also loved that I was able to clear my head and leave feeling like I had a fresh start for the day. Great yoga flow, loved the instructor!
