This was my first class and I am still very tense in my muscles but it was very relaxing and empowering at the same time, I had a great time and will be back for sure
The studio always smells so fresh and clean. The instructors are very knowledgeable and seem to care a great deal about aligning the body properly and providing a unique experience each time. I love this place!
Studio is beautiful and peaceful. Tiffany is an amazing instructor!
