There was such a welcoming and nonjudgemental atmosphere! The instructor was amazing and really knowledgeable, and the yoga was SO GOOD! They gave options for basic to higher lever practices which I loved
I already recommended it to someone! The energy in the room, and I am not familiar with the yoga poses but I wasn't made to feel any less than the regular goers:)
That my favorite class that I have done so far! Chelsea is my favorite instructor!!
The teacher was fantastic and the whole setup is perfect. The cold towel at the end of class was the cherry on top. Loved it!
