The people are warm & welcoming. Even the ones that keep to themselves smile in passing. I enjoy the variety of classes. It's kept tidy & smells clean.
I've always had beautiful experiences at Mindpose. It's been a very healing place for me.
It was a great class in an awesome space- I loved the cold towel at the end and the teacher was helpful and thoughtful and led a wonderful class.
