The quality of instruction is excellent, and I learn so much each time. The atmosphere is excellent. From the moment I walk in the door the focus of the studio is on the quiet, mindfulness, and intention of being there, not the chit chat, noise and socializing, and that is what I'm there for as well. I also love the focus on more of the slow classes and really getting the most out of the breath, movement, and poses.

The atmosphere and all the classes are welcoming to all levels. I can bring a friend who is a beginner and we can both take a class and get a great experience because so many variations and layers are offered. It’s accessible to everyone here and you feel so comfortable!
