Instructor was great and there was a peaceful environment
I loved Trevor's Flow class!!
Always feel so recharged, love the candlelight, the heat, the instructors, the meditations!
Crystal, Amanda, Diane, the studio, it has all changed my life. I really enjoy practicing there and the experience received from doing so is out of this world. It can be a spiritual journey and because of that, the studio feels in part sacred. However, I miss the color'd mood lighting ;)
