I definitely enjoy Mindpose Yoga. Just my fourth time there but I think I'm going to either buy a punch pass or a monthly membership. Seems like a great value! After my practice, I was able to meet another instructor and the owner, Nick. They were very welcoming and gracious. It seems like a place I'd like to spend more of my time at. Thank you Mindpose!
