The instructor was awesome and I loved the little candles around in the early morning class.
Bailey is such a great teacher and so knowledgeable. I like that she changes it up every Sunday and that she has options to modify your practice to make it easier or harder.
Sometimes the music is too loud and it's hard to hear the instructor. The music is great, so maybe the instructor needs wireless mic?
I had a great experience! The instructor was excellent, there was plenty of space to move around, and the ambience with the dim light was really nice. I also loved the smell of the cold rags provided at the end. It would have been useful to have also been provided a dry rag to dry the mat.
